Applicability

DekhoJi is intended for mature audiences. We use age‑gating and in‑app messaging to discourage usage by minors. Regardless, we maintain safety standards and enforcement for all users.

Prohibited Content & Behavior

Sexual content involving or targeting minors, grooming, or exploitation.
Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats.
Sharing of a minor’s personal data (full name, phone, location, school, photos) without verified guardian consent.
Violent, dangerous, or self‑harm promoting content.
Solicitation for illegal activities or age‑restricted services.

Safety Controls

Age Gate: Users must confirm age before proceeding. Accounts suspected to belong to minors may be restricted or removed.
Reporting: Users can report profiles, messages, or sessions. Reports are reviewed and actioned.
Moderation: We remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards. Repeat offenders are permanently banned.
Discovery Limits: We reduce exposure of reported or borderline content while under review.

Data Protection for Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Any minor‑related data discovered is deleted upon verification.
We minimize data collection and apply access controls to protect user information.

Parental Involvement

Guardians may contact us to request removal of content, restriction of accounts, or additional information regarding reported incidents involving minors.

Include relevant usernames, screenshots, timestamps, and a description of the issue. We prioritize child safety reports.

Enforcement & Takedown

Confirmed violations lead to removal of content and account action. We aim to act swiftly on child safety reports.
